After having COMMENTS closed for a long time, they are again open.
I appreciate all your comments. However, not all will be published; they are moderated. If you leave a comment and it is not published, it is probably for one of the following reasons:
1. It contains a link to another website. The only permissible link within a comment is the one Google makes when it forms your signature.
2. It is in a language other than English.
3. Its content has nothing to do with the post and reads like spam.
4. It is "Anonymous" with the writer not identified in any way.
